The Friday Exhale — Final Two Circles in Australia
Before I begin my next chapter in Aotearoa, I’m holding my final two Friday Exhale women’s circles here in Dawesville.
The Friday Exhale is a gentle space to pause at the end of the week—to breathe, reflect, release what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with yourself alongside other women.
Each circle includes sound, journalling and conversation. You don’t need any previous experience. Simply come as you are and leave a little lighter.
